Tasting note

since 2016, our wines are elaborated by eric boissenot.

Eric Boissenot is the Oenologist advisor of reference

on the left bank of the Garonne and more particularly for the Medoc's properties as presented in Winemakers.

Château de Panigon seduces by its delicacy and complex aroma expression.

First, the aromas of black fruit appear : blackberry and blackcurrant, then appear the notes of toasted bread.

The touch is well balanced, long and round. tannins are melted and he finish is fruity.
